All Praises to the Most High,
My name is Beloved Gywendlon Covington. I was born on September 25, 1954, in Charity Hospital in New Orleans Louisiana. I have eleven brothers and sisters and was the eighth child born out of the twelve. In 1973, I graduated from Germantown High School in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I got married at the age of 22 and then I became a mother of six children (four boys and two girls). I was a homemaker for approximately fifteen years.
In April 1998, I went to nursing school and received a Geriatric Certificate. On August 3, 1998, I obtained a National Sunday School Association Teacher’s Certificate through the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Inc. In 2000, I also obtained my Daycare Certification. On November 6, 1999, I received my Certificate of Ordination to the work of The Gospel Ministry through the Agabus Ministries and St. Agabus Missionary Church, Inc.
In 2003, I moved to Atlanta Georgia and continued my ministry as a pastor. I have been called to mentor, tutor, counsel people from all walks of life. Due to drug addiction, my children and I had to reside in a shelter which is where the vision began and my story continued. We, The Lion of Judah Ministries, Inc. would like to extend love and a warm welcome to you.
Beloved Gywendlon Covington.
